2. Prohibited content and behavior
Prohibited: illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malicious links, payment circumvention, automation/abuse, sexual content, content harmful to minors, violence, self-harm encouragement, hate, harassment, defamation, exposure of personal information, copyright infringement, spam, manipulated reviews, submission of private videos or content you do not have rights to.
3. Reporting and moderation
Report inappropriate recipes, reviews, or users via in-app reporting or to team.cookhae@gmail.com. We aim to handle general reports within 3 business days. Urgent illegal or harmful content may be hidden, removed, or have accounts restricted immediately and without prior notice.
4. Copyright takedown
Original creators and rights holders can request hide or removal at team.cookhae@gmail.com. Please include the original URL, your identity as the rights holder, and the basis of infringement.
5. AI output and food safety
AI-generated recipes are for reference only. Ingredient quantity, cook time, doneness, allergens, and nutrition may differ from reality.
6. Sanctions
Depending on severity: content hide, removal, warning, feature restriction, coin reclaim, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension.
7. Appeals
If you disagree with a sanction or removal, contact team.cookhae@gmail.com within 14 days.
